Juan Bayón is a PhD in the UCM. The main research area is Augmented Reality, working with image processing and optimization in Android environments.

Jorge Villarrubia Elvira

Jorge Villarrubia Elvira received a BSc Degree in Computer Science and a BSc Degree in Mathematics in 2021 from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). In 2023 he obtained a MSc Degree in Computer Science at UCM. Currently he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at UCM. His main research areas include heterogeneous computing and machine learning.

Enrique de la Calle Montilla

Enrique graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he also earned his Master’s degree in Formal Methods in Computer Science and Engineering. He’s planning to start his PhD in September of 2024.

Currently, he is researching heterogeneous and parallel architectures as well as code portability. His interests are centered on computer graphics and high performance simulations, with his main project being the development of a GPU accelerated photorealistic 3D rendering engine.

Carlos Bilbao

Linux kernel engineer working full-time for AMD. He received his M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at UCM. His research interests include system software, scheduling, virtualization and multicore systems. His recent research activities focus on shared resource contention and resource-aware scheduling on multicore systems.
