Youssef studied Computer Science at Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where he also received an MSc Degree in Computer Science in 2021 and is currently pursuing a PhD.

His leading research stands on High-Performance Computing in heterogeneous accelerators and the performance portability of the code in such devices.
