José Luis Imaña received the Ph.D. degree in physics in 2003 from Complutense University of Madrid. He was an Electronic Design Engineer at the Madrid Institute of Technology. He is currently with the Department of Computer Architecture and Systems Engineering at the Complutense University, where he is an Associate Professor since 2006. His research interests include algorithms and VLSI architectures for computations in finite fields, cryptography, computer arithmetic, and reconfigurable computing architectures.
